Thank you for shopping at Nivara. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please review the information below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your jewelry item.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided

Return Procedure

Please contact our customer support team by email at support@nivarajewelry.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.

You must contact us before sending any item back to receive return authorization and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled.

If you still wish to cancel after this timeframe, please wait until the package arrives and then submit a return request.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

Defective or damaged items: We only replace items that arrive defective or are damaged during transit. If you would like an exchange for the same jewelry piece, please contact us by email so we can assist you.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Refund Process

Once your item has been received, it will be inspected and you will be notified of its arrival. After inspection, we will inform you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding sale items). Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
