Delivery Process

Once you place an order with Nivara, our team begins processing it with care. Each item undergoes quality control to ensure it meets our standards before being shipped.

After inspection, your jewelry is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. Once packed, your order is handed over to our trusted shipping partners for delivery.

If there is any difficulty delivering to the provided address or arranging a suitable delivery time, the carrier may contact you directly to resolve the issue.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping time: 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total delivery time: 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday)

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (local warehouse time)

Shipping Fees

Address Changes

Customers may request a shipping address change by contacting our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, the shipping address can no longer be modified. The earliest of these two conditions applies.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Shipping Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has shipped, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Policy for Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, we may request photographic evidence of both the damaged item and the packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit for items confirmed to have been damaged during transit.
